Pleasant stay, as always. Gorgeous hotel, very responsive staff, exceptional room. Absolutely perfect and excellent location in Karon, just next door to restaurants in Karon, the beach and center and the roundabout. Also, by the sea. Units for great value...

The rooms were fairly modern and clean, bathroom a bit dated but you get what you pay for. The location was very central to the bars, rastaurants and the beach but would rather stay somewhere else than be kept awake until well after 1am by the restaurant music downstairs and the bars on the road.
Id read reviews on trip advisor about this place as I knew it was above a restaurant and owned by fhe same guy that owns Karon cafe. A few people had mentioned the noise levels but the owner 'uncle Eric' had taken the time to reply to them and notify future customers that loud music would only play from December as this was their peak season and that all the rooms were sound proof. He couldnt have been anymore wrong!! From about 8pm you would be able to hear the music from the bars on the street until well after 1am then when the mexican restaurant was closed and the staff were clearing up (also owned by uncle Eric) they would play their music so loud we might aswel have just picked up our mattress and put it on the restaurant floor to sleep. The same happened the 2nd night so I went down at about 11pm to check it was the restaurant also and it was.... They had the doors still open too so you could hear 2 different songs at the same time. They clearly have no consideration for the guests staying at this place.

Great-sized room for great value. Unbeatable excellent location, very close to the roundabout at karon beach. Based very close to both the numerous bars and restaurants and super markets and so much lime scale in the bathroom...

The beds were top-notch and gave me the best night's sleep. I loved chilling in the seating area after a tiring day of adventures. Plus, the high-speed wifi and excellent TV channels kept me entertained.
Personally, I found the hydromassage showerheads in the bathrooms a bit too strong for my liking. But hey, that's just me!

The location here is fantastic! It's close to plenty of restaurants and lively spots, plus the bus stop is nearby, making it really convenient. Also, it's just 3 miles from the Seaworld Theme Park, which is a nice bonus. 🌟.
